Guest Recording Consent

This consent applies to guests appearing on Keep the Property, Sell the Business and The Founder's Horizon. You agree to it when you book a recording, and it forms part of our Terms of Use.

1. The programme is recorded and published

This programme is recorded in audio and video and published publicly.

By booking, you agree that Orange International Corporation Pty Ltd (ABN 58 160 401 874), trading as Fisher & Fisher Dual Asset Advisory, may:

  • record your appearance in audio and video;
  • edit the recording, including cutting, shortening and rearranging it;
  • publish and distribute it on podcast platforms, YouTube, our websites, social media, broadcast and any other medium, worldwide and without time limit;
  • use short extracts, clips, quotes and still images from it to promote the programme; and
  • use your name, business name, title, likeness, voice and biography in connection with it.

2. What you confirm

You confirm that you are entitled to take part and to say what you say — that it is your own material or you have permission to use it, and that it does not breach anyone's confidence or rights.

You are not paid for taking part, and you keep no ownership in the recording we produce.

3. How your recording is processed

We record using Riverside, a third-party platform. Riverside and its service providers store and process recordings outside Australia — principally in the United States, and also in Austria, Germany, the Philippines, Israel, Cyprus and Canada.

4. We use artificial intelligence to produce and edit the programme

Specifically:

  • your recording is automatically transcribed, and we edit the episode by editing that transcript;
  • the audio is automatically cleaned up — background noise removed, levels evened out, and filler words such as "um" and "uh" detected and removed;
  • we may generate short clips for social media from moments the software identifies;
  • we may use AI to correct on-camera gaze so you appear to look at the camera, and to insert background footage;
  • we may generate show notes, summaries and episode titles from what you say.

We do not use AI to generate synthetic speech in your voice, and we will not use AI to make you appear to say anything you did not say.

What this means in practice: the published episode may differ from what you said in the room — words removed, moments re-cut, your gaze altered.

5. A few things to be clear about

  • You can share the published episode yourself — we're glad for you to use it on your own channels.
  • You won't see it before it goes out. We don't offer a pre-publication review.
  • Once it's published, consent can't be withdrawn. We can't recall an episode from podcast platforms, YouTube or anyone who has already downloaded or shared it.
  • AI processing is part of how the show is made, so it isn't something you can opt out of while still appearing.

We will handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, and this consent forms part of our Terms of Use.
